6 month checkup

The kids had another check-up at the dentist today. It was Abigail's first time to the dentist and they all did great! The dentist office here is awesome, they are a total pediatric office and completely cater to the kids. They each have a tv in the ceiling they can watch while in the chair with headphones. The treasure chest it through the roof and they always get more than one toy. Ethan changed toothpasetes three times while Lisa was cleaning him. He started out with Marshmallow flavor, totally understandable why he wanted to change. Then on the to bubblegum, that lasted about 20 seconds, and we ended with strawberry. Ms. Lisa never flinched once she just kept changing until he was happy.
Hayden getting cleaned up by Ms. Lisa.
Abigail watched big brother and even got to hold the suction while he rinsed.

Dr. Carly gave Hayden a clean bill of teeth health, no cavities!!

Ms. Lisa cleaned him up and flossed him out. His partial is doing great and no signs of his permanent tooth yet.

Ethan checked out great too! Dr. Carly gave him a report of being cavity free.
Abigail did so good. She climbed right up in the chair and opened her mouth. Lisa made it around the top front of her teeth and when she stopped to rinse her, Abigail had had enough. We coaxed her back into the chair by letting her pick out her new princess toothbrush and feel the ticklers on the brush again with her finger. We were able to clean rest and floss with no problems and then Dr. Carly came in and checked her out.
Lisa let her feel the brush tickle her finger.

Lisa counted her teeth, all 20 of them!

Lisa thought it was so precious Abigail was holding her finger while she cleaned her teeth.
All Done!

No cavities and perfect teeth!!!!!

Reba BABY!!!!!!!

April 19th, my best friend Lorissa, Susie, Lorissa's mom, and her friend Linda Gale, and myself journeyed to Wild Adventures here in Valdosta to see none other than the the "Queen B" herself, Ms. Reba McEntire. Lorissa being the shopper she is, was on the phone and computer opening day the tickets went on sell and got us great seats. We were center stage, 8 rows back. It was totally awesome, except for the fact that my mama was not there! However, I did call her a few times to let her here Ms. Reba singing. Reba totally puts on a show, her facial expressions and body language makes you feel like you are sitting back listening to a story.

Me and Lo waiting for the show to start!
Ignore the shine....
Oh yes mam, there she is!!!!
I felt like I could reach out and touch here!

So she finishes her last song and the lights go down and they exit off the stage, I turn to Lorissa and said she didn't sing Fancy. Oh my gosh I can't believe it, she didn't sing Fancy. The crowd was screaming Reba and I was standing there in shock thinking how I am going to tell my mom she didn't sing Fancy (because I was supposed to call her on my cellphone so she could hear it). All of the sudden, the band comes back out, the music starts blaring and up she comes from the floor in this red sequin dress and red shoes. The crowd starts screaming, I start screaming and she starts singing Fancy!!! It was totally awesome. After this song the show really was over.

Oh yeah!!! She was awesome!

Spring Break 2008

We spent another spring break in Panama City this year. We had an absolute blast. They just built a new pier park a mile from our condo with lots of shops and restaurants. The weather was alot better this year too. We did have a day that was a little cool, but overall nice and sunny. The kids jumped right into the sand and water. We also spent some time in the heated pool too, very nice!

I think she took have of the beach with her each day in her swim diaper.
The boys were all about boogie boarding. Hayden watched the waves very carefully trying to see which ones would the best to ride in. He took quite a few topples and had a few mouths full of sand, but he kept going! Ethan played it safe and waited for the waves to come in to him.

That was good wave

She fell asleep almost everyday cuddled on her daddy in the shade.
She rested so well on the beach, I guess it was the sound of the waves.

Finding sea shells

Every time the camera came out, she laid on her belly and stuck this pose

That one got him!
